How much is Live Well Psychology?

How long is each session?

Based on current evidence, our 4 session package of 1.5 hours each (a total of 6 hours spread over 4 weeks) is the most effective at bringing about positive, long-lasting change and wellbeing. We can provide a minimum of a single 1 hour introductory webinar session. 

How are sessions facilitated?

Sessions are best facilitated via Webinar where slides can be easily shared, questions can be collated, and employees can attend where they feel most comfortable. Sessions can also be arranged for evenings and weekends and all attendees will be sent a virtual pack with all slide content and techniques to use beyond the end of sessions

Can Live Well Psychology provide private sessions?

All Live Well Psychology facilitators are trained in 1-1 and group therapies, however we are not currently set up to provide 1-1 sessions. If there are specific needs for individuals, facilitators will always provide the details of each local NHS services which can be accessed free of charge for any individual registered at a GP surgery in the UK.
